Delivery Information
How do I get something delivered?
Once you’ve found what you were looking for, just add it all to your shopping cart and go through the checkout process.
It’s as simple as that! All you need is a delivery address (cannot deliver to P.O Boxes), a postcode, and your payment details ready. Please note that we use Australia Post for our deliveries and a signature may be required.
You can also call us on 1300 497686 between 9am – 5pm (AEST) Monday – Friday for any further details.
What if I want to pick up the goods?
When you have completed your order, select the pick up option at the shipping step in the checkout process. We will then call you to arrange a suitable pick up point for the collection of Goods.
Indicative Delivery details after despatch from IS Apparel.
• Most orders will be delivered by Courier.
• Delivery times are usually Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) between 7.00am – 5pm.
• A signature may be required for delivery.
• You may add special delivery instructions as you place your order.
• Orders are usually despatched within 48 - 72 hours depending on branding requirements.
• Delivery times quoted can vary slightly depending on stock availability and exact delivery location.
• For urgent orders we can arrange Express delivery for an additional cost.
International Orders
ISA can despatch orders internationally using Air and Sea Freight methods depending on the urgency of your order, however naturally the freight charges will be higher than domestic rates.
For any international orders, use our quote facility or email info@isapparel.com.au with the full list of products of interest along with the destination, and we can provide a quotation including freight.
